Returns and Exchanges

Stewart+Brown guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact for a return authorization. Customer service must be contacted within 5 days from the date of receipt for a refund, credit, or exchange. We will accept the return of any unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. If the item is defective upon reciept you must also contact customer service to make a return within 5 days of receiving the goods. Returns must have the original receipt and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please contact with questions regarding returns or exchanges.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Customer's that refuse shipments and/or fail to claim packages shipped to them will be charged for any shipping and restocking fees incurred while returning the goods to Stewart+Brown.

Sale and Discounted Merchandise

Please note that all discounted sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them. This includes web purchases, sample sales, and studio sales.

Coupons

Only one coupon may be used per order and all sales of items discounted by coupons are final. All coupons apply only to orders placed on stewartbrown.com and, unless otherwise noted, expire one month from their issue date. If an expiration date is listed, the coupon expires at 11:59 PM MST on the date of expiration unless stated otherwise. To redeem a coupon, one must enter the coupon code at the time of checkout, requests to apply coupon discounts after an order is placed will not be granted. Similarly, requests to combine shipping on two or more different orders with two or more different coupons will not be granted. Most coupons, unless stated otherwise, apply only to full priced merchandise. Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift certificates and do not apply to shipping. Coupons do not apply to special sections of the site like closeout sales and private sales.

Gift Certificates

While we will do our best to recover any information we can, Stewart+Brown is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates purchased from stewartbrown.com are valid only at stewartbrown.com. If your gift certificate was not won in a contest, you may request the cash equivalent of your gift card at no extra charge but you must be able to provide a valid credit card number to credit the amount to. Gift certificates granted as part of a contest are not exchangable for the cash equivalent. Gift Certificates will remain active for 1 year after their purchase date. After one year, the gift certificate will still be redeemable, but you will have to contact service@stewartbrown.com in order to reactivate the code.

Price Adjustments

Should a full price item from Stewart+Brown Direct be marked down within 7 days of your original order date we will gladly offer a one time online credit for the difference in the prices. Price adjustments will not be honored for discounts because of promotions or coupons and apply only to online sales from stewartbrown.com. Goods Not Purchased from Our Website

Stewart+Brown is unable to accept returns on items bought from our retail or e-commerce partners. In such cases, the individual retailer's own return policy will have jurisdiction over your purchase. If you find yourself dissatisfied with something purchased from one of our retail or e-commerce partners, please return the goods to their store with proof of purchase for the appropriate refund, credit or exchange.
