Stewart+Brown Shipping Information

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
A $2 Handling charge will be placed on all orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping. Please also note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Domestic Service

Ground: All orders will ship within 2 business days and will be received in 5 - 7 business days. Ships to all 50 States.

Expedited Shipping Methods

For expedited shipping orders must be placed by 8AM PST on the business day they wish the order to ship. Any orders placed after 8AM PST will ship the following business day.

Next Day Air: Ships to all 50 states, with some limitations on Alaska and Hawaii, by the end of the next business day.

2nd Day Air: Ships to all 50 states by the end of the second business day. Please allow additional time to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

Standard Shipping to Canada: Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping. In addition to the standard handling fees, packages shippped via UPS Standard to Canada will have an additional $1.50 service fee to cover the costs of filing extra paperwork at the time of shipment. Please also note that the Carrier assumes the responsibillity to notify the reciever of any additional duties or charges.

We do not currently offer international shipping to countries other than Canada at this time. Unfortunately, Canadian orders DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.

Shipping Costs

Domestic orders shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States that are over $125 receive free shipping.  All orders less than $125 will have shipping costs calculated based on package weight.

Lost Packages

Risk of loss or damage while shipping passes to the customer upon transfer from Stewart+Brown to the carrier. We will provide you with tracking information for each package but in the unlikely event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Customer's that refuse shipments and/or fail to claim packages shipped to them will be charged for any shipping and restocking fees incurred while returning the goods to Stewart+Brown.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge 7.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
